Completing this form is the first step in the booking process. Once submitted, our team will contact you via the email address you provide to arrange a counselling session. In this session, we will review your needs, explain the options in more detail, and begin the paperwork to secure your placement.

When booking a short-term stay at RGS Surrey Hills, the programme fee includes:

• Placement and tuition in the school

• Full boarding accommodation, with all meals provided

• Participation in school activities and community life
  

For added support, School Channel can also arrange:

• Guardianship services

• Airport transfers, including pickup upon arrival and drop-off for departure
  

Please note that RGS does not provide boarding during half-term breaks. Students must choose one of the following options:

• Homestay accommodation with a local family

• English course with boarding at Oxford International Study Centre

• Returning home for the half-term period
